This is honestly how I feel about peeling garlic. I hate having to smash the cloves, I hate cutting the little ends off, and I especially don't like how the peels stick to your fingers.I noticed that Michael Smith has a silicone tube that he uses to peel garlic. So I told Brad and Mom that I wanted one, and I got one from each of them.
SCORE!!
This thing is amazing, it's like a magic trick! You put the unpeeled garlic in, roll it on the counter and the peels fall out.

I also don't like peeling garlic. Takes me forever. I'm going to have to find this dealy!

I've seen this before, good to know it works! I hate cutting the ends off too. I saw this video where a guy put tons of garlic in a stainless steel bowl with another bowl as a lid, shook it around for 30 seconds, and then all the skin had come off.
