Boots

I'm now a member of this club that all women seem to be in! I bought new boots.

When my mom was here last week, we were walking along the street and both stopped DEAD in our tracks at a gorgeous pair of boots in the window of a shoe store.

They were having a huge sale too. I saw these boots and thought I would wait. If I kept thinking about them, then I would go back and try them on.

I kept thinking about them.

I went back yesterday and it turns out we were made for each other. Plus they are Doc Martens. Figures.

Now I have to re-vamp my wardrobe in order to wear them. All my jeans are boot cut, if I tuck them inside the boots it looks like I'm going riding. I have no leggings and not many skirts that would work with them.

I still think they are worth it.

They're awesome.

If you have to, get a pair of leggings and a couple of skirts. The boots deserve being worn. :-)

Awesome!! I'm so....sniff....proud of you.

Sorry I didn't reply to your e-mail yesterday, works been busy. It was hilarious though.

We'll talk soon.

Awesome! I also bought a new pair of boots recently too. It is a club.

Now it's skinny jeans, leggings, and skirt shopping time. Have fun! I was at the mall today and there are still lots of great sales.

p.s. LOVE that they are Docs!

Those boots are gorgeous! I love the colours and the fit.

I'm totally humming and hawing over a pair of Fluevog boots. They are red. And on sale... but only during the month of January. I might be ridiculous, but I really want them. :)

Thanks for the compliments ladies! I have scheduled a leggings shopping trip this week. It's also brought back tons of memories of how I used to dress in the 90's so I might do a future post.

Yaey nice boots! I know what you mean about needing to revamp your wardrobe for your boots haha. I only wear bootcut jeans too. For my rain boots I wear long socks which I tuck my jeans into. Helps it look less silly but I should really get some skinny jeans or something.
