Big Decisions

I have an extremely difficult choice to make this weekend.

Last week I had an conversation/interview with someone I really admire, respect and would love to work for. We've been talking on and off for about a year now but he hasn't been able to hire me full time until now.

But I've just started out on my own and I'm really excited about it! I put a lot of money into my new laptop among other things. I've been enjoying the process of marketing myself, meeting new people and working from home.

This guy then offered to cover the cost of my laptop if I join him.

Ugh, so difficult.

So do I take the safe route or do I walk into the sunset with my own Revit buddy and take a chance on myself?

Go with whatever decision you are leaning toward in your gut. I'm sure you'll figure it out.

Ooooh-- I'm just reading this now! I think the fact that this conversation came up at this time is almost like a 'test', seeing how committed you are to taking this leap of faith. Yes, it's terrifying to get out there on your own, but what this situation calls for is a dedicated "yes" or "no"-- muddled energy will bring more muddiness your way, but a crystal clear intention (even if your heart is in your throat when you make it!) will help you sprout wings. BE STILL AND LISTEN TO YOUR INTUITION. xx
