Random post cause I've got nothin'!

If anyone else has an iPhone 5 - does your phone die before you get to work in the morning? How about dying when it has a 67% charge?

I was having major problems with my battery and still have 6 months left on my contract.

Someone told me that you can buy a battery on Amazon and a little kit that comes with all the tools* you need to replace it. Brad performed the surgery while I cowered in the corner of the couch and hid my eyes.

Now it's like I have a brand new phone! I don't have to worry at all anymore, totally worth twenty bucks.

For all the ranting I just did about my battery, I still would not buy an android phone. Reason #285 below.

It reminds me of the Predator's numbers when he sets the bomb!

I have this house plant that has bloomed once. It was so long ago I hadn't even met Brad, and we have been together forever. We were hanging out the other night and Brad looked down and saw a bloom.

I very nearly peed my pants, I was so excited. This thing is the BEST. It has all these little pods that look like plastic, then they explode into these blooms.
 

When they open up they smell like spicy chocolate. There is another bloom coming so I'm in for a treat for the next few weeks. Like my Mom says, 'It's a sign from my Grandma that I'm on the right path."

Hell yes!


*Tools that include plastic spatulas and suction cups.
