Beach Bag Part III

T-Minus 3 months until I can use this Beach Bag. Seriously, can you handle the perfect beachy fabric?!

I totally copied Rae's beach bag - right down to the pleated pockets. But the inside I changed - I used one of my favourite fabrics ever - Heather Ross, Mendocino - Swim Class.

I put pleated pockets on the inside too - in case I ever want to use it with the fish on the outside. It's the perfect size for a beach towel, book, sunscreen, wallet etc.

Now I just need to buy a new bathing suit. (shudder)

Oh my god it's sooooo cute!!! I love the little tie on it too. Is this a new pattern? Can you make more for your shop?

Great work!!

What a great bag! I love the fabrics you chose.

I bought a pretty decent swimsuit (shudder!) from Old Navy a little while ago. Good price, coordinating pieces, MODEST, etc. It will now rest in my drawer (with the tags still on) for many many months. I don't actually know how to swim, and Victoria rarely ever gets *really* hot, so I have yet to come across an occasion where I MUST wear a swimsuit. But in case that ever happens, I'll have the emergency suit waiting in my drawer!
