I just got home from seeing the scariest movie EVER.

I love scary movies - which can be confused with gory movies. I like creep, not gore. Before tonight, the scariest movies I knew were The Shining or The Changeling from the 70's. Tonight there is a new king.
Paranormal Activity 3 was so creepy, I almost hated it halfway through - it was just too much! I think I spent half the movie wide eyed with my hands over mouth.
Spoiler Alert:
I won't be able to open doors, go to sleep or walk into a kitchen the same way after tonight.
And so refreshing that none of the actors are the Julia Roberts/Brad Pitt type. Spare me. In other words - totally real people which makes the movie so much more relative and hence - more creepy.
Poor Brad, it will be a few nights of me leeching on to his arm before I shake the heebies.

Haha too funny! I totally won't be seeing it now.
A couple weeks ago we were studying methods of producing light in my grade 10 class. Triboluminescence is when sparks are emitted from scratching certain crystals. Biting down on a wintergreen lifesaver will do the trick.
Anyway, for homework, I gave all the kids a couple of wintergreen lifesavers with instructions to go into a dark bathroom and look into a mirror while biting down on the candy.
"Miss!!! Are you crazy?" was the reply, "we all saw Paranormal 3 this weekend! What are you trying to do to us??"
Oh WOW - that is a fantastic story! If you asked me to do that right now I would have serious, serious issues.
At one point during the movie a guy was going to open a door and someone behind us said in a weak voice "Oh, don't open the door!"
When the movie ended, someone groaned "Oh thank God."
It was a thing of beauty.
I can't tolerate scary movies of any kind-- creepy OR gory. This was never on my list of things to see, but it's officially on my DO NOT SEE EVER list now, thanks to you! :)
I couldn't even read your post. I saw the pic and was like...SCROLLING. Too scary.
still trying to steal this one....
